Cengage Exchange is an online panel that allows us to understand your needs and challenges, how you teach and the ways in which your instruction is evolving. We want to understand how we can help you achieve your goals.

You are eligible if you teach at a US post-secondary institution.

Once you opt into the Cengage Exchange panel, you’ll receive email invitations from us to participate in research opportunities like surveys, interviews or online events. For most of the research you participate in, you’ll be compensated as advertised (unless you opt out of the compensation clause.) We’ll ask you to participate at most about once a month (only if you want to). If you decide you don’t want to be a member of the panel, you can opt out by emailing [email protected], or by clicking the “opt out” link in any of our emails. 

Rest assured, your personally identifiable information is safe with Cengage. We will never connect your individual responses with your identity unless you specifically ask us to. Smaller one-on-one conversations are recorded but kept strictly confidential within Cengage. Whatever you share with us will be used for research purposes only—and won’t be used to market to you.
